somatics is

a form of changework that centers the felt sense, rather than insight, as our pathway into new actions under pressure. the ability to consistently take actions aligned with what we care about is called embodiment.

i am

a queer-trans person offering this work into the world because i hold embodiment as essential for dissolving the white supremacist curse of extraction, and for facing into what's to come together.

why spirals?

aliveness moves in spirals. we can feel this as our solar system corkscrewing through the galaxy -- the turning of the seasons -- leaves falling to the ground -- and the phenomenon of visiting the same themes in our lives gain and again as we become ourselves more and more deeply.
